** Please keep in mind the production time for most sized orders of 80-150 invitation sets is 2-4 weeks AFTER you approve your design to print! Option 4 takes longer than other options, please allow 3-5 weeks for production on orders of 50-130 invitation sets. Designing time can take as long as you need for everything to look perfect. Keep this in mind when booking your order so there is plenty of time for you to receive your order and send out to your guests!**
Contact me to discuss and book your invitation order! You will be provided with a short questionnaire, personal order quote, timeline, and envelope links to book your order. When we reach the time you have booked your invitation order to begin, I will set up a deposit for you to purchase to begin your custom designing!
The design time of your invitations is fully dependent on you, I always get you a first proof within 24 hours of receiving any information I need to begin. You can make changes until you are 100% in love with your invitation design! This can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. For those with custom brand new designs and many changes, be sure to leave enough time for your intentions.
If you choose Digital Printable Files, you may begin an order any time you'd like! The time frame on these is also based on how quickly you would like to move forward, and you can take as short or long a time designing as you would like until everything is perfect! Once you purchase and receive your files, I can only re-format to a different set up or file type free of charge. If you need to make changes to your design itself you will be charged an extra re-design & re-format fee, as I have to start over at the original un-formatted files to make any changes.
Designs and invitation files are for personal use only.
Resale of designs is prohibited.
RunkPock Designs currently accepts credit / debit / Paypal for payments.You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through this option, any credit or debit card can be used through Paypal using guest checkout. Paypal is simply the card processor, and there are no fees involved on your end when paying through Paypal. If paying by echeck through paypal , shipping of your product or sending of digital proofs will be delayed until the payment is received.
Michigan Buyers: a 6% sales tax will be added to your total order, including shipping, and will be remitted to the State as per Law.
Domestic Orders: Shipping & handling cost will be determined by the size of your specific order. I ship using flat rate boxes or small regular boxes through USPS with priority mail shipping of 2-3 days with signature confirmation and online tracking. Depending on your order size shipping can range from $5.50 - $20.
Samples are mailed in plain envelopes through the regular mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery in the US, international orders can take up to 10 + days.
International orders: Priority mail shipping usually takes around 2-3 weeks. First Class Mail can take 2-6 weeks or longer. Once your package is out of the US there is no way to track it or know when it will arrive (select countries now have tracking for Priority and First Class International). I will provide you with the customs ID number from the customs form. Please be aware that any international order can take 2-6 weeks to arrive due to customs, regardless of shipping type so plan accordingly.
You are responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or fees imposed by your country when receiving your order.
Once you begin receiving digital proofs and custom designing, the deposit on your order is non-refundable (basic $50 deposit).
Due to the personalized nature of the invitations and stationary, I can not offer refunds on full orders or accept returns. I can not cancel or refund orders once they have gone to print for any reason. Your order will continue to be produced and shipped to you regardless of cancellation on your part and you will not be refunded once an order is approved for print and paid for.
I am not responsible for your invitations after you mail them out to your guests. If the post office mishandles your invitations, if they become marked in the mailing process from postal machines, if they get lost, torn, ripped, folded, bent or other wise please contact your local post office to make a complaint. I will not refund or replace items once they have been mailed.
Colors may not appear the same printed as on your computer screen since all screens have different color profiles (RGB) and printed inks are based on CMYK format.
If, after you approve your information/design for printing, you find a mistake or need to make a change you will be charged for the paper and ink already used. This price will be dependent on your specific order on a piece by piece basis. If the mistake is something that I have done that differs from your final approved design, I will re-print your order at no cost to you.
Please be sure to carefully look over your invitation proof prior to approval to print. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If mistakes are discovered after proof approval, reprints will be charged according to original pricing. I do not give re-printing discounts for proof errors.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE once I have begin designing your custom invitations. Purchasing a sample is recommended before beginning a full invitation order to insure you are comfortable with the offered paper, printing and production quality. Your deposit will be applied to your total order price, it is not an additional fee.
